Contestants, Production Team, and Members of the Zoom audience must agree to the terms and conditions below.
Photo & Video Release
I grant Impulse Group Dallas permission to use my likeness in a photograph and video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Impulse Group Dallas's printed and digital publications, and all of Impulse Group Dallas's social media pages and profiles on all platforms. I understand and agree that any photograph or video using my likeness will become property of Impulse Group Dallas and will not be returned.
I acknowledge that I will receive no financial compensation for photos and videos taken of me during the live streaming of “Big D Know-It-All.”
I hereby irrevocably authorize Impulse Group Dallas to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos and videos for purposes of publicizing Impulse Group Dallas's programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising out of, or related to, the use of the photograph or video.

Code of Conduct
Impulse Group Dallas is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of identified gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We will enforce this code during the event.
Big D Know-It-All is a gameshow designed to entertain and delight the masses sheltering in place during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  1. Our Community Conduct Standards
    1. We treat everyone – including performers, audience members, crew, staff, and volunteers – with respect.  
    2. We all behave professionally. This is a gathering of professionals, whether you are a contestant, in the audience, or on the production team.
    3. We laugh when we find something humorous. We cry when we are moved to tears. We are ok with feeling vulnerable. We know this is a space to be open, honest, and real.  
    4. We celebrate one another. We provide encouragement.
    5. We welcome all gender identities, races, sexualities, body types, economic backgrounds, abilities, immigration statuses, religious beliefs, and overall ways of human being.
  2. What we DON’T do at Impulse Group Dallas
    1. We do not tolerate discrimination, demeaning behavior or speech, or harassment.
    2. What do we consider harassment and unacceptable within our community? Glad you asked.
      1. Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, classist, or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language.
      2. Personal insults, particularly those related to gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, class, immigrant status, or disability.
      3. Posting or displaying gratuitously sexually explicit or violent material.
      4. Defying an attendee’s wishes with regards to privacy, including posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxxing”).
      5. Stalking, following, or harassing photography/recording.
      6. Inappropriate physical contact (always secure someone’s consent before touching them).
      7. Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, sexualized comments or jokes; inappropriate touching, groping, and unwelcome sexual advances.
      8. Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following (online or in person).
      9. Sustained disruption of events.
      10. Violence, threats of violence or violent language directed against another person.
      11. Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
  3. How to Report a Code of Conduct Violation
    1.  If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact Michael Isenhour or Nick Clinton immediately. If you are unable to reach one of them easily, you may also email and ask an Impulse Group Board Member to assist you in contacting them. 
    2. If you can’t or don’t wish to speak in person, or prefer to talk privately or communicate electronically to a third party, you may also reach out to our Program Manager, Rasheed Gonga at, (United Member). All reports will be handled in the utmost confidence.
  4. What will happen in case of a conduct violation?
    1. Participants asked by SURU staff or a fellow participant to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
    2. If a participant engages in any of the aforementioned behavior and it is reported, Impulse Group Members may take any action we deem appropriate, from warning the offender, to immediately expelling the offender, to banning them from future attendance at any function hosted by Impulse Group.
Express Permission
By registering you agree to receive email marketing from Impulse Group Dallas, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and the nonprofits competing on the show. You will be able to opt out at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the marketing emails.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Impulse Group Dallas from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read the Terms and Conditions before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact.
